We’re so excited to kick off another magical year of holiday cheer!
🌟 Please Note: This reservation form is for our standard 5ft trees. (There is a waitlist for the 10ft Flagship trees. Please email karla@downtownhuntsville.org if you’d like to be added to the waitlist)
Tree Selection Date: November 21, 2026
📍Location: Big Spring Park West (Church Street)
🕕 Time: 9am - 3pm (Sessions will be assigned after all trees are sold)
💲 Tree Cost: $520
✨ Tinsel Trail Opening Ceremony: Friday, November 27, 2026 at 6pm
✨ Tinsel Trail is Open 24/7: Friday, November 27 - December 31, 2026
✨ Undecorating Days: January 1 - 6, 2026
Fraser Fir – Regular Tree ($520)
Height: Approximately 5–6 feet
Layout Update: We are excited to have Tinsel Trail fully located in Big Spring Park West for another season! Once all trees are sold, all participants will receive a map of the Tinsel Trail layout.
Tree Spacing: Each tree will be in a 5ft x 5ft space. If your design extends beyond this area, additional fees will apply.
✅ Tree signage will be provided by Downtown Huntsville, Inc. No other decorations or signage will be allowed on the fence.
🌱 Sustainability Option!
Every year we are excited to partner with the City Landscaping Team to recycle as many Tinsel Trail trees as possible! To participate, trees must be completely undecorated after the event.
If you’d prefer NOT to remove your decorations yourself, no worries, we’re happy to help! A $100 decoration removal fee will apply. Let’s work together to make the Trail festive and environmentally friendly!

Tree reservations are limited and tend to sell out quickly, reserve yours as soon as possible!
Downtown Huntsville, Inc. is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization. All proceeds from Tinsel Trail go directly toward covering event costs and supporting Downtown Huntsville projects in 2027.
